+ Obiekt czysty,zadbany,ładnie zagospodarowany teren. Obiekt sprawia wrażenie kameralnego co jest dużym plusem. Jedzenie smaczne, zachęcająco podane.

− Bardzo dużo Rosjan w obiekcie. Ale w tej chwili chyba w całej Turcji jest taka sama sytuacja. Atrakcje mocno nastawione właśnie na nich.

+ Lots of tennis courts and you can play with a coach for a decent price.

− Overall experience did not feel like a 5 star hotel. The room looked tired. Restaurant feels more like a canteen, it's noisy and the staff was extremely slow to come and pick up dirty dishes. It was so bad we had to tip in advance and ask them to take care after our table at dinner, cuz we were celebrating a birthday. Food is ok, but whatever meat was served was always very dry. If you wanted a fresh juice at breakfast, you had to pay extra. One evening we wanted to iron our clothes and called reception to ask for an iron. We were told there is no option to get an iron to the room, instead we should order (for extra pay) laundry service, where they would iron it for us. I every hotel I've been to so far, there always was either an iron in the room or an iron brought to you per request. Sometimes you just need to iron one t-shirt, you don't need to order a laundry service for that. Sun beds on the beach looked very tired and dirty. Very few of staff members speak English! I was met with surprised eyes at breakfast when I asked staff to bring me filter coffee or when I asked for scrambled eggs. They did not know what I meant.

Great place, real all inclusive

+ Friendly personal, great atmosphere and views from all bars, koffie places (patisserie) . Enough sunbeds, amazing sea. Great foos also for vegetarian(me) good patisserienand ice cream. Mini bar with included refil. My mother in law loved this resort the most from all we visited in Turkey..Loved it!

− Not a fan of the nescafe cofee machines. Luckely durring breakfast their is also filter cofee. But durring lunch you have to miss it. There is better coffee at the patisserie. You can make a beachwalk, but for other walks you need a taxi.

Reseption guys should be more elegant in dealing and facilitating visitors maters

− No sea food , doesn’t expected , no fresh drinks all powder too much sugar !

They need to improve their ventilation system and make a proper maintenance for all this facilities

− They don’t have proper air conditions when I complain about that they said to me will show to you another room. It has the same miserable conditions. The AC special in the summer is necessary to have a proper sleep, but their system is totally non-function there. Swimming Pool is quite old and the beach is full of rocks. Also, I had a late check in and one of the rooms and when I request a late checkout for one room because I booked two rooms one has been checked out with 10 AM. They force me to check out room 12 noon and I just requested because I’m a booking genius do I have two hours late check out you need to be €15 per hour wow for what euro this hotel I will never come back and the booking they need to recheck the stars. It is not five stars impossible this hotel to be five stars. The other thing is the taxis. They are preventing over to come inside the hotel and there is no proper taxi and if you want to book a taxi, you need to go for a high expensive taxi booked by the hotel reception.

It wasnt that bad but it aint good. Wont repeat.

+ The scenery was nice. The pools were good. The lifeguards were friendly and helpful. Ice cream shop was good.

− Some of the staff were really rude almost felt like racism. Compared to how they talked to us and to others felt different. One staff member in guest relations even told us this isnt a place for you so why are you here? The bell boys barely even helped with our luggage when we checked out. The room service was slow. When we arrived there was no hair shampoo. The day before checkout room service cleaned and took away our body shampoo for some reason. Aside from all this, what really made me give this resort 4/10 is the food. There’s lots of quantity and different type of food true, but the quality is horrible! Last 2 days i barely ate anything. It wasnt good at all. Also, we found hair in the food multiple times.

+ We were satisfied with staying in this hotel. Great location, large area with a lot of greenery, close to the sea. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and varied. Good housekeeping. Every day there is an day and evening events for adults and childrens, so we didn't get bored at all. Everything for clients, even down to the details. In general we was happy with everything, good management.
