Loved our stay, area is fantastic.. Staff were very good.
+ The staff were friendly and quick to help with our requests.
− Nothing really, expect it was a little noisy on the Friday night.. level 2. The toilet button needs fixing.

Excellent hotel. Great service by all staff and great location.
+ This was our second stay at the hotel! We were warmly greeted each morning at breakfast by Y.Kerem Inal and Aram Dal. Exceptional service by both! Great front desk staff also. Avni doing a great job as always! The location of this hotel is perfect. Close to Galata tower and Istiklal street. Great cafes, restaurants and bars surrounding the hotel. Very clean and beautiful decor. It is like living in a mansion.

We had a nice, though short, stay:)
+ The location was very good! The climb up the stairs to get to reception was quite steep but the person at reception immediately came down to carry our luggage up the steps :)
− My son, who lives in Istanbul, came to visit us at the hotel. In spite of our informing the front desk to allow him up, someone was sent to follow him. That was quite unsettling and a little rude.

Stylish, modern, central and comfortable.
+ The location was amazing. Close to the metro, close to great restaurants and tourism opportunities. It’s a very stylish hotel, amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for us, air con everywhere, comfortable beds, beautiful linen, dressing gowns! Fab roof terrace for city views. Incredible restaurant next door, Aheste.
− Steep climb up steps from the street but everything else made the ascent worthwhile. It’s a lovely old building.

+ Everything was amazing - the location, the beautiful building and cleanliness, facilities, staff
− It can get a bit noisy at night due to the building being old and no soundproofing but they said they will soon be changing that. That is if you’re very sensitive to sound when sleeping

Lovely spacious hotel in a great area
+ Really nicely designed hotel, spacious rooms and a great rooftop area for breakfast The location is perfect and there’s a fantastic cocktail bar across the street
− You couldn’t sit outside in the morning as the seagulls would eat your breakfast! Not a major problem though but quite amusing

+ Loved everything about our stay here! The rooms are fresh, modern, and super clean. The team at the front desk and housekeeping were incredibly friendly and attentive. Five stars all around!
− My only recommendation for improvement would be to add a ramp or platform elevator alongside the front entrance stairs

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and we would be happy to return in the future.
+ The hotel is housed in a beautiful historic building and has an excellent location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The location is excellent .
− The only downside was the noise. Since the hotel is located near bars and nightlife in the Galata Tower and Istiqlal area, it was quite noisy at night. In particular, during the weekend, the hotel’s rooftop restaurant had a DJ playing late into the night, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
