A place we love, but some improvements are needed

We have returned many times because we love the town, the hotel’s location and layout, especially its restaurants, and how close it is to the beach. The staff are kind and respectful, and they have come to feel like friends. We also love the wellness facilities, the different sports activities organised by the entertainment team, the evening entertainment, and the excellent food and cocktails. The friendly but firm security guards also make us feel safe and well looked after.

Unfortunately, some maintenance issues have remained unresolved for years. The flush buttons on the toilets in the women’s beach restroom still have not been repaired, leaving the water running continuously despite the signs encouraging guests to save water.
In the rooms near the lift in the right-hand wing, loud, high-pitched plumbing noises can be heard at night whenever toilets or showers are used on other floors.
Some of the decking boards around the pool are also sticking up due to missing nails, creating a safety hazard.
As returning guests, we have a favourite room. Other hotels we have stayed at have been able to accommodate such requests, particularly when made a year in advance. Unfortunately, our request was not fulfilled here, and friends of ours who are also regular guests had the same experience.
These disappointments affect our overall impression of the hotel and have even made us consider choosing a different destination next time. We really hope these issues will be addressed, as there is so much we love about coming here.

Great stay overall. Staff were super helpful the whole time, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The property isn't huge, but honestly that worked in our favor - everything was close by, no long walks needed. Food was excellent too. Left very happy with the experience.

Everything is excellent.

This hotel can be a benchmark for all five-star hotels in Turkey and Greece. We are visiting it for the third time, but this time it exceeded our expectations. The rooms are large in fully air-conditioned buildings, the food and drinks are of high quality, and the service is so pleasant that you want to stay again. This year the teams were rejuvenated, and the abundance in the Lavanta pastry shop surpassed the famous Viennese pastry shops in variety and quality.
I wish we were there again next year.

Perfect location, great service, great food, and super space at the beach.
A lot of the straff has been here for a long time and are so happy to welcome you back.

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always smiling. The hotel is very compact, so you don’t have to walk long distances to reach the pool, restaurants, or beach. The internet connection was also very good.

A Flawless Stay, Year After Year!

The service here continues to be top-tier! This was our 10th visit, and the hotel remains just as exceptional as it was when we first arrived five years ago. The entire team goes above and beyond to deliver an unforgettable experience.
A special shoutout to Gulcan at the Kids Club—her creativity and fresh yearly activities keep our daughter absolutely thrilled, making it so hard to say goodbye at the end of every trip!
Our heartfelt thanks to Ferhat, Serdar, and Ali at the Roca Restaurant for their fantastic hospitality, and to Ali, the undisputed Cocktail King! We're already counting down the days until our next return for more volleyball fun with Mehmet and energizing fitness sessions with Daria.

Hassle free relaxation without any issues.

Location, ease of use any facility. In spite of the fact that the hotel was fully booked it did not feel crowded. Very kind, supportive staff.
