+ Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the bus stop and nearby grocery stores, which made getting around and purchasing essentials hassle-free.
− Several issues need attention. In the washroom, water leaks out every time I take a shower. The internet connection in the bedroom of Room 607 is also very slow and disconnects frequently, making it necessary to use mobile data. In addition, the bedroom door is difficult to lock because something is obstructing the locking mechanism. The exhaust fans are also very dirty and should be cleaned. I would recommend that the hotel implement regular daily or weekly maintenance inspections to ensure that all rooms and facilities are functioning properly and that issues like these are addressed promptly. A big thanks to the housekeeping team for always making sure that my washroom and bedroom were clean and tidy after a full day at work. Their consistent effort made my stay more comfortable and welcoming.

− Check-in was at 3:00, but I waited over two and a half hours to get my room. The Wi-Fi was very poor. The room was decent, but missing several facilities: no iron, no tub, no view - even though I booked the deluxe suite, which listed these as included.

Worst hotel I have stayed in. Go somewhere else.
+ Only good thing was maybe the size of the apartment
− Worst apartment in Doha I have stayed in. There are better hotels/apartments for the price. Checked into property, the WiFi didn’t not work, nor the TV. The flat had a bad odour especially in the fridge to the point where my 3 year old son was nearly puking! They changed us to another apartment after I complained, but this was just as bad. I had to get them (after asking twice!) to add bedding as well as clean the apartment as it was filthy with no toilet roll and 1 towel for 3 people! My bathroom kept getting flooded after a shower and housekeeping didn’t even bother clean it and let it dry! In the end I just gave up and accepted as it was for 2 nights only. Also, what kind of apartment hotel, provides no cutlery, plates or pans? I thought that was the whole point of booking an apartment.
