Update: Issue finally resolved thanks to Michael
+ Update to my previous review: I am happy to say that the AC issue in my room, which lasted since the beginning of summer, has finally been fixed. The cooling is now excellent. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Michael from the hotel staff who took my complaint seriously and followed up personally until the problem was completely resolved. He was professional, responsive and very helpful.

Excellent
+ The hotel offers a convenient location, excellent service, and spacious rooms. The staff were friendly and professional, and the clean, well-maintained rooms provided plenty of space for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
− No flexibility with cancellations after check-in. I booked for two nights but needed only one. While the hotel allowed an early checkout, no refund was provided for the unused night.

Very Good
+ Extremely spacious rooms and comfortable beds! Staff on front desk very friendly and helpful.
− Location is slightly out of the way. Need to get a text or uber everywhere but close to the airport if you need a place for a few hours.
