+ Ms. Nour was so gracious with our family’s booked accommodation. She was very personable, made sure our stay was awesome, and helped us with our queries. In our room, there was cake and she even wrote me a handwritten note to congratulate us for my graduation celebration! This review is a bit late. We really enjoyed our stay and will book again! The hotel is wonderful and worth visiting.
+ The hotel's location and prices are very reasonable. The hotel and rooms are very clean, the service is fast, and the staff are helpful. Overall, and especially Noor, her manner is very classy and polite.
− The problem is minor; we would like to improve it. Light enters from the windows on the sides and from under the curtains.
