Everything right here - airport, beaches, cafes/bars, mall..
+ We booked this hotel to be convenient for the airport but it was a very pleasant stay being close to a few beaches, many cafes & bars & a mall. Everything was very clean & you can have free daily cleaning. Kettle in room & couple of bottles of water provided each day. Staff were efficient & friendly. Very reasonable price & a big plus we were able to utilise a share kitchen.

Good..but
+ Clean, nice, good location for surfing rief. Very welcoming and helpful stuff! Comfortable bed, ac cooling, wifi working, shower hot (but not for long)
− First floor room was very small, it only had a bed, with no seating area..so it gave me feeling of dog in the kennel. I’m very grateful that the staff kindly changed my room. The second‑floor room felt much better — it was more spacious and airy. However, it also didn’t have any seating, and I realised how much this affects overall comfort. One downside was the persistent noise (possibly from an engine) — it was rather distracting at night.

Well run, clean.
+ Nice place to stay. Well run, staff are good. Clean. Close to everything.
− Mainly the outside streets. The dogs are a problem but that's pretty everywhere these days including Australia.

Exceptional
+ This place is an amazing little gem. Close to airport and Kuta. Staff are fantastic nothing was a problem, Okta was very helpful. We stayed here 3 times for one night whilst in transit. Great quiet location.
