+ Location and pool

− There is only one attached washroom. Two bathrooms on first floor are shared between 4 rooms.

Nice-looking property, nice looking property but too many maintenance and safety issues.

+ The villa was nice-looking, the location was convenient, and the staff was responsive when we had issues.

− There were several significant maintenance and safety issues. The AC in one bedroom leaked directly onto my friends while they were sleeping. My mother’s bed actually caved in and had to be addressed by staff. The bathroom design was extremely inconvenient—the shower water flows across the floor toward the drain under the sink, leaving the entire bathroom floor wet, including around the toilet. The pool area is extremely slippery when wet, and someone in our group fell. The listing also described 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, but the upstairs layout was four bedrooms sharing Jack-and-Jill bathrooms, which was not what we expected from the listing. These issues significantly affected our comfort and experience.

+ Good sized villa. 5 of us travelled. Decent location a bit off the main road so away from passing traffic and noise. Villa is one of many in the development. 10-15min walk to Bangla. Staff/caretaker is responsive and quick to resolve any questions issues. Easy checking and checkout process without fuss.

− Rooms were shared toilets with Barn style doors leading to and from bedrooms. Not much privacy in toilets/bathrooms by design. Sounds smells travel throughout upstairs. 4 bedrooms upstairs have 2 shared bathrooms. 1 bed does not have wardrobe upstairs. Only 1 bed on ground floor is ensuite.

+ Sehr große Räume perfekt für große Gruppen, Küchenausstattung zum kochen, großer Esstisch, einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Personal, wen Probleme auftreten oder Dinge defekt sind wie beispielsweise das Licht wird das am nächsten Tag behoben.

− Eine Zwischenreinigung für längere aufenthalte sollte inkludiert sein und nicht extra bezahlt werden, Müllsäcke oder einfache Haushaltsmittel sollten zur Verfügung gestellt werden

Au milieu d un chantier de rénovation

+ Maison neuve propre et bien décorée..

− La.maison est litteralement dans un lotissement de maisons de ville qui sont en rénovation profonde..les 2 villas autour de la maison sont au stade reprise du gros œuvre, et on a le bruit des marteaux piqueur et l odeur des solvants en permanence... invivable... Il n y a pas de parking attribué, toute la rue est occupée par des débris de chantiers
