− I was in 4th flr and someone is cooking fish and smelling in the whole corridor.

− In any country is an 8.4 score an outstanding rating, so I'm quite disappointed with this place. It's very, well let's say, rustic. Which in itself would not be a problem, but the completely dusty floors when we moved in, sticky table surfaces and the black mold in the bathroom are an absolute no go.

+ An apartment is located in the best area, city center. I chose this apartment for only location of that
− The room had an unpleasant smell, and the bed linen was dirty and worn. Given the price, I would expect a higher standard of cleanliness and fresh, good-quality bedding. Replacing the old linen would be a welcome improvement. Overall, the room felt unwelcoming, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the stay.

Convenient place in Almaty
+ A convenient place, not far from the main sights. A good cost - benefit relationship, considering it's a full apartment and the great location.
− Communication could be improved. There were no prior instructions about how to get the keys or what forms of payment were offered, which made check-in unnecesarily more complicated than it should.

+ The location of the accommodation is good and it is very quiet. The fact that it also has a washing machine is a big advantage for longer stays.
− The interior furnishings are quite worn out. What bothered us the most, however, was that there is absolutely no storage space in the bathroom, even though there would be plenty of room for it. There is nowhere to put your clothes or even your toiletry bag. This should definitely be improved by adding a small table or a small shelf in the bathroom. Furthermore, the kitchen had exactly one frying pan and no pot at all. During our stay there was also exactly one coffee cup available. The inventory should be checked regularly and replenished when necessary.

You'll get zero to none comfort but will save time and money.
+ The distance to ski resorts
− Room quality. Very cheap and uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. Cheap and wobbly furniture. Broken hangers and etc. Only two rooms (including the kitchen) had windows. Two of the three "bedrooms" had zero light from the street. Overall uncomfortable air condition: it was cold yet stuffy (i never knew it was possible). One of the "bedrooms" was just a closet with bunk bed => zero room for any movement or air. Pretty sure Harry Potter had better living conditions) On top of that due to heavy raining the roof started leaking and the plaster messed up all of our clothes. We didn't notice it at first, but on a second glance we could easily notice watermarks and streaks on walls, furniture and curtains. We figured the owner only make "cosmetic repair" never fixing the actual problem. Overall: if you want a CHEAP place close to the resort - pick this one (just not the rooms on the last floor). You'll get zero to none comfort but will save time and money. If that's an option for you - I'll say "go for it"
