+ Staff were amazing, especially Pin. Everyone was very happy and helpful and this went a long way to helping me enjoy my stay. Bedroom was good size and bed was big and very comfortable. Being in walking distance to everything at Patong beach is great Price was affordable. Handy to wash and dry for clothes. Great food options every direction. Pin was fantastic and very welcoming.
− Corridor to my room had no lighting at all and I bumped into a few hazards due to zero visability. Lift didn't work a couple of times at night and the staircase has no lighting. Yes I did trip on the stairs as could not see, lol. Shower wets the whole bathroom floor which I personally don't like but that's just me.

Amazing place! Highly recommend
+ Moved here after a terrible experience elsewhere—wish we booked it from the start! The woman at reception was amazing, she was a breath of fresh air! She got us checked in early and gave us water on arrival. Kindness continued throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again.
