+ We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was very clean, comfortable, modern, and exactly as described. The location is excellent, central, convenient, in walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and main attractions. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi, and all the necessary amenities. The host was very kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. She surprised us with homemade Armenian gata baked by her mother. It was such a warm and thoughtful gesture and made us feel truly at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily choose this apartment again when visiting Yerevan. Highly recommended!
