− The Wonderland room is not in the main building so we asked to move. The standard rooms in the main building are small (so we managed). The rooms do match up with the quality of the hotel (reception area, lifts, stairs, bar areas etc, which are stunning). You need to do revamps of your hotel rooms, the bathroom was extremely poor The price for all inclusive for 5 nights is extremely expensive Also the LED strips under the table and the one by the hangers were impossible to turn off (so had to sleep with them on)

+ This resort is very beautiful. The staff were very kind and helpful. The resort is clean and run very timely operations. Food and drinks were good and timely. Welcoming atmosphere. A bottle of wine and fruits to welcome you.... I can go on for long

− This is me nitpicking but my shower door was jammed... nothing I couldn't live with. This is a resort dont expect great shopping experience...... The main mall is 45 minutes away and transportation/transfer is quite pricey. But for everyday items there are shops in and just outside the resort. Overall great experience!

Wonderful and a great day, except the reception

+ It is a great facility except some old furniture

− Reception, reception, reception reception Unbelievable, the chaos they are in, it took more than two hours to chick in, other things they don’t answer the phone if you called them 24 hours they will never answer you, What makes it sad? It’s the only thing that is not working in this beautiful resort.

Fantastic hotel

+ There was so much to do. Caters for every age group we'll, including teenagers. The place is huge!! Get ready for lots of walking. Beautiful food, fantastic pools, waterslides were great, facilities (football pitch, basketball, tennis, etc] well kept and maintained. Lots of staff who were friendly. Just the housekeeping that let the place down. The bathroom wasnt cleaned well nor the rooms mopped on a daily basis which is a shame. Other then that, it was excellent

+ Massive property, you cant get bored here… alot of things to do and variety for all age groups. Food park concept is great, u can always find something to eat

− - we were staying in wonderland, the music was too loud in the night from both the shows and the bar till late… really uncomfortable for kids who need to sleep - should include shrimps and good quality fish in the menu (seabream, seabass, salmon)… other all inclusive resorts have them

Great experience

+ Almost everything was wonderful. The most polite and friendly staff ever. Comfy beds, great selection of food, drink and dessert. Great selection of fun activities.

− WC lights all over the resort had motion sensor timers with too short timeouts. Literally 3 seconds lasting and total darkness after that. Needed a throwing arm in the air to get the motion sensor triggered and light back on (which lasted another 3 seconds). Occurred to me in multiple public WCs not just one.

− The alcoholic drinks menu needs more improvement, so bars provided some drinks while not found in another Can't find any cocktails on the beach bar The reception staff are not professional enough we have to wait more than 1 hour after 2:00 to get our rooms
