Unpleasant stay at very poor property

+ Very good location around many shops like 7/11 market, coffe shop,Thai massage,nail salon,money exchange next doors…just few min next to city centre Also have hot shower which was good

− The room is very very small and not comfortable especially for 2 adults…we lived 3th floor even no elevator ..so was nightmare to go up and down with heavy bags. The property was not like in pictures at all!! everything is much older and rusty, moles, not clean or broken apart!! these pictures new room is so many years ago now is much worst !! Even Wi-Fi not working properly, receptionist was not very interesting with customers service need to ask many times for Wi-Fi details and after making “poker face” to customers. In room there is strong smell maybe from mole on walls like u see in pictures I add..the plug’s not charging properly even coming some current and lighting from it during charge electronic devices it’s dangerous!! the bed corner front side almost falling apart …bed sheet with holes… In washroom doors broken and not open good side there is no space to fit there even! Wc broken when flashing water is moving all Wc and the sink also!! Shower head is broken flashing water from behind also… would recommend to renovate all room… and update true pictures of property:)) it’s overpriced property with fake pictures…

− No water in bathroom But responded in 10 minutes

+ Nothing only the location is convenient

− Try removing it from your site one of the worst hotels I have stayed in not clean at all. Found a big mice in my room told the staff and they changed the room. And to my surprise the new room was disgustingly too. To sum it up it was night marish won’t recommend it to any one it’s best to sleep on the room rather than staying here

− The wardrobe is full of mould and rotting, it needs throwing out because nobody is going to put clothes in it and it’s beyond cleaning. Mould is very bad for health, I might have stayed longer if it wasn’t for this major issue.

Have condom used in the room and the room is very dirty. Plus, A/C isn't work very well (So hot)

You get what you pay for.

+ Price is good. AC is good enough. It is loud indeed, but if minimal temperature and maximal power are chosen, it cools down your air pretty well. Just don't use turbo mode - it blows warm air in this mode for some reason. Room is small, but true to the pictures. Stairway is as narrow as it is supposed to be in a tiny building with tiny rooms. You can walk up and down the stairs normally, no matter how fat you are, you can even pass another guest on the stairs if your baggage is not too bulky. I arrived at around 1 am, and it took me some time to wake up the staff, but he woke up eventually and gave me my key. Good water pressure in the shower, warmth was fine to me too.

− Really bad linen - full of stains and small burnt holes (apparently, customers smoke in the bed). Even if it is too expensive for the price to buy new linen, there is no reasonable explanation that would justify not washing linen in hot water with stain remover for this long. Towel was very yellow - hot washing was required long ago too.

− The room was horrible, smelt of smoke, no windows, bed linen and mattress with cigarette holes, insects, long black hair all over the linen, bathroom door would hit the sink so you had to go into the shower then close door to get to toilet, soap smelt of vinegar. My other booking was cancelled and refunded 5days before the new years so i guess i was lucky enough to find another place without spending a forune but dear lord.

If u want a cheap room on a oke location, but expect anything else

− The lock of the door was very difficult to open, Toilet didnt flush

Not worth your money because health and safety risk

+ Nothing is good here

− There’s health code violation. Toxic moles found in the desk and all over the room.
