+ Great location with everything you need close-by, still in a quiet side-street. Rooms are very nicely furnished and very clean. But what I like best about the hotel is the staff, who is extremely friendly, helpful and creating a nice atmosphere. My go-to place in Tashkent.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff

+ The whole service is really great, from very helpful and friendly staff to the room comfort, cleanliness and spaciosness. The breakfast was also one of the things that made our stay since there were a lot of vegan options every day. The guys at the reception are really helpful and nice

+ Ideally located in an excellent part of the city, in Shota Rustaveli Avenue. Nice rooms, we got upgraded to a room with balcony. The staff are extremely helpful and kind.

+ Is so close to the center and also you have a lot of restaurants / caffe’s near. To not forget about the stuff. They are so polite.

The guys upfront Assad and Shohruzh were very helpful. They went above and beyond to to help us

The best place we’ve ever stayed, affordability and service unmatched!

+ Super clean, modern, good location with cafes and restaurants all around. We loved the pool, sauna, gym, and amenities which were all new, extremely well kept and clean. But the one thing that really stands out was the incredible service, particularly by Hasad. This hotel deserves more than five stars - even some five star hotels we have been to could not match up to Moderno. Everything was catered for and the staff went above and beyond constantly. Their genuine kindness and hospitality will not be forgotten. It was the most comfortable and affordable stay in all our travels. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again. Thank you Moderno and Hasad!

+ We loved everything about our stay at the hotel, starting with the airport pick-up, which was organized by the hotel. The check-in was then very smooth and quick, with a very helpful and friendly staff. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is situated in an area full of good cafés and restaurants where you can enjoy local food and drinks. It is a little far from the nearest metro station, but if you decide to walk, it is a pleasant route even on a hot day, with plenty of trees along the way. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, both inside and out. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds and well-designed, functional bathrooms. Everything is spotlessly clean, and water and coffee are replenished daily. Although the hotel is close to a busy road, the soundproofing is excellent, and we did not hear any traffic noise at night. The air-conditioning system is also very quiet, efficient, and well positioned. The facilities — pool, sauna, steam room, and gym — are not very large, but they have everything you need and are very well maintained. After a busy day, it was wonderful to be able to relax in the sauna or steam room and then enjoy a good night's sleep. Breakfast offers a great selection, including plenty of local choices such as fresh fruit, vegetables, cheeses, and sweets. Everything we tried was fresh and tasty. And finally, the staff deserve a special mention. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient, often going beyond what would normally be expected. For example, they kindly opened the spa area for us outside its official working hours. I would particularly like to mention Asad, who was exceptionally welcoming and proactive throughout our stay. There were several thoughtful touches from him, such as complimentary local fruit delivered to our room. Even after check-out, he took the initiative to arrange our transportation to the train station, despite the fact that we hadn't specifically asked for it.
