+ We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, well-equipped, pet-friendly apartment and would happily recommend it! The apartment has two separate bedrooms with good wardrobes and plenty of storage space. The mattress was good, and a soft mattress topper could make it even more comfortable by reducing the feeling of the springs. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, a large fridge, an oven, a dishwasher, and plenty of power outlets. We didn't use the oven or dishwasher, but it's great to have them available. The only thing missing for us was a microwave. The balcony is lovely and cozy, with a table, chairs, and a clothes-drying rack. It is covered, so rain doesn't get onto it. There is also a washing machine, an iron, a small ironing board, and a wall-mounted hairdryer in the bathroom. Every living area (the living room and both bedrooms) has air conditioning, although we didn't need it during our stay. The rooms stay in the shade, so the temperature was comfortable. The bathroom has a spacious shower with easy-to-adjust water temperature, and there is a smaller toilet seat for children. We also didn't encounter any insects inside the apartment. The outdoor area is lovely, with sun loungers and a wonderful bench swing. We especially enjoyed swinging there in the evenings! The sea is only about a five-minute walk away. The nearby beach has free public toilets, changing rooms, restaurants, a Migros Jet supermarket, and a beach surface without enormous boulders, making it relatively easy to walk on. There are also dedicated walking and running paths and two nearby parks where you can spend time with children or walk your pet. Several supermarkets are within easy reach, including ŞOK, Prime, and Migros Jet. There are also some excellent restaurants nearby, and we particularly loved Shakespeare. The apartment was easy to find, and the host was extremely friendly and welcoming.

− What went bad There were only a few minor things that could be improved: - Mattress: A soft mattress topper would help reduce the feeling of the springs. - Kitchen: Adding a microwave would be convenient. - Bathroom: Replacing the showerhead and adding a bidet would improve comfort. - Bedroom: The door handle in the larger bedroom could be improved, as the door was difficult to close. Adding mirrors in the bedrooms would also be helpful. - Internet: The Wi-Fi connection wasn't particularly good on the lower floor, where the bedrooms are located. - TV: A short instruction guide explaining how to use the TV would be useful. - Lighting: The small blue blinking lights in the larger bedroom could be covered or concealed. They didn't disturb our sleep, but were noticeable out of the corner of our eye when reading. Occasionally, noise from neighbors talking at night can be heard, as is common in many apartments in Antalya. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. None of these issues significantly affected our stay, and we still had a wonderful experience overall!

Great location, comfortable apartment and lovely host

+ Location: The apartment is just a five-minute walk from the seaside in Konyaaltı. It is very centrally located, yet on a quiet, peaceful street. Apartment: We stayed for around two weeks and felt very comfortable. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and a living area with an open kitchen, spread across two levels. The rooms are not very large, but the space is well planned. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, which was a big plus for us as we enjoy cooking on holiday. Host and balcony: The host was extremely kind, helpful and welcoming, always happy to offer recommendations. The spacious balcony has a lovely view of the pool and is perfect for relaxing or drying beach towels. The pool area is also lovely for unwinding. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this apartment. We hope to return next year!

− A few notes for future guests: - The staircase between the two levels is quite steep, which may be worth considering for elderly guests or people with mobility issues. - The nearby school can be noisy during breaks, so this might be relevant for families with children who nap during the day. - The pool is not heated, so the water can be quite cold, although the sea is only a short walk away. - Basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper and oil are not included. Otherwise the kitchen is fully operational Small suggestions for the host: Some areas around the bathroom door and floor could benefit from a little maintenance due to humidity. It didn't affected our stay, but addressing the latter during the low season could help prevent further wear.

Very nice for a week long stay

+ Nice for families, small and a bit secluded swimming pool downstairs. Our child was rather happy and we had all the needed cooking facilities to be able to cook independently. Very friendly staff too. Very close to the beaches area, yet not very touristy or noisy. We were lucky to get the room facing the inner yard.

+ The property was very clean like a home from home which me and my family liked. The pool was great for the children and the rooms had everything you need whilst on holiday. The staff are very welcoming and are very helpful and I would highly recommend royal loft suites.

Comfortable apartment in beautiful Antalya

+ We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and enjoyed our time in Antalya very much. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean and well suited for our family. It was well equipped, and we were able to ask for a few extras like a high chair for our baby. The area was quiet at night, but close to great restaurants, the beach and to a taxi rank so it was really easy to get around.

− There are a few minor maintenance points that could be addressed by the property (e.g. ensuring the dishwasher jets are cleaned etc), and we would have appreciated a few more self-catering basics like small amounts of washing powder, a microwave and some basic cooking essentials (salt, pepper, basic spices). We could buy things at the grocery store but often only in packs that were much bigger than we needed. These are really minor points, though, and we really had a fantastic stay.

Good clean apartments close to the beach with friendly staff

+ Well located apartments, 5 minutes from the beach, around there are groceries and good restaurants. Our room was big and had everything you may need. Kitchen is well equipped - gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and lots of different dishes for cooking and eating. Shower is good and hot. I slept on the sofa - it was ok. Staff is very helpful and friendly. And what is important - the apartment was very clean.

− There were almost no electrical sockets in the room. Only one in the bedroom near the bed, one in the kitchen area for the kettle and one for TV, very difficult to reach as it was behind the heavy furniture. Thanks to the man at reception - he provided us with two electrical extension cords. But I don't understand how guests are supposed to charge their gadgets.
