Okay for a short stay.
+ It was an okay room, the place itself is okay I felt safe and didn’t have any real problem. The staff are friendly. Location is okay because it’s close to the MRT only around 1km down the street. The local stalls and shops are nice to visit with friendly locals.
− Not very clean bits of long hair in a lot of places and random pieces of rubbish in the shower area, bed was quite hard.

Not bad. Especially if you like a hard bed

Lovely room, wish it had been cleaner.
+ The host was super responsive and the housekeeper was nice too, when we could find her. The AC works great, the location is near a lot of interesting things, and the room was bug-free with a cute little patio.
− The room wasn't very clean when I arrived. (Some kind of sauce sprayed all over the TV screen, sink with visible grime, a spill in the corner of the room.) The host responded quickly and arranged for it to be re-cleaned for free, but they only hit the main points, and there were still dirty areas. Disappointing, since the rest of the accommodation was pretty good.

− The balcony was very small but only an issue if there are more than 2 people on it. Would be a good idea to add a clothes rack to dry clothes too

We enjoyed a comfortable stay and really appreciated the cleanliness of the place.
+ GP was well worth the price. The property was extremely clean and the housekeeping staff was always so courteous. The owner is also quite delightful. The location is a little out of the way and not in a touristy area. We appreciated being in a local neighborhood as a different experience. The doors and windows are secure with flying insect protective mesh, which was a great addition. There was ample storage, and the balcony is a nice addition. You are about a 10-15 min walk from OnNut BTS, Lotus, and Century Mall. There is a Food Court, a Seven Eleven and Small Lotus just 3 minutes walk away.
− The mattress was hard, which is expected in Asia, and there were ants. Our main issue though, was that we were unable to get a 2nd key card, even though the room was booked for 2. It really limited our ability to move separately, and was quite an inconvenience, especially since you needed the key to use the elevator.

Large comfy rooms with good facilities. Check in and out was easy and I would defiantly stay again!
