Despite early disappointment we really enjoyed our stay especially the views and the helpful staff.
+ Katrina on reception so helpful and friendly. Lovely views from the balcony. Nice swimming pool. Close to the old town. Ali the resident taxi driver was a huge bonus, he made travel easy and stress free.
− Rooms a little tired could do with some reorganising.

Exceeded my expectations for the price we paid, location and amenities were great
+ Location was great, just on the outskirts of Kos Town. Super easy to walk into town for lunch/dinner. Bakery/breakfast place right next door. As well as other restaurants and cafes along the beachfront, many with seating on the beach. The apartment itself exceed my expectations for the price, was well equipped, had a lovely view of the sea from our balcony, which also had a table and chairs to enjoy our breakfast on in the morning. The pool area was better than I was expecting, and sees the sun all day long (until 4:30pm in September). The beach directly in front of the apartment is quite thin and more for restaurant seating, however if you head along the seafront (away from Kos Town) you can reach a larger patch of beach with multiple beach clubs to hire sunbeds from. We walked for 20 mins and went to Paradiso beach (not to be confused with Paradise Beach which is more famous and on the other side of the island). There is a watersports hut who own a few sunbeds and charge 6 euro for each bed and an umbrella for the day.
− The bathroom is a bit tired. Could do with a new shower curtain and a sealant is a bit dirty, but nothing out of the ordinary for the price you pay.

Perfect location - little update needed
+ The location is very good. Walking distance to old city and more lively centre with a lot of restaurants and bars, situated by the beach and easy to go for run/walk along the beach boulevard. Didn't swim in the pool but pool area was nice. Bed was good and the water pressure on shower was really good. The WiFi worked well. I stayed in sea view penthouse and got a bottle of wine when arrived which was a very nice gesture!
− The furniture and kitchen could be updated. Also the kitchenware were pretty outdated. Definitely full-lenghth mirror is much needed in the room.

− I arrived at 00:00 had difficulty finding a way into the room. There was no fob for the power and AC. The music from the pool was terrible and was loud even in my room which was on the third floor

Great Seaview Location
+ I liked that it was right on the water and a 10-15 minute walk from the busy centre of Kos Town. Katerina, the host is super seeet
