+ It was nothing like the pictures. There were no bar chairs in the kitchen. The chairs on the patio were in terrible condition, with torn, sun-damaged fabric, and the outdoor furniture was rusted. The garden had plastic bottles lying around. The barbeque outside is so rusted you cannot use it. The carpet in the living room looked gross, old, and low quality (not like the photos). There was only 1 little table in the sitting room (not like the photos). Bedroom: synthetic bedding that didn't look clean, and the mattress had a huge dent, clearly very old and used. The flat was cleaned but had a terrible smell. The furniture looks like old things thrown out of a house you don't want to use. Curtains are stained, burned and in terrible condition. (I don't even want to touch it to open it) The owner also contacted me the previous evening to say we couldn't stay there and had to make other plans. It turned out he was confused between 2 different flats, but I had to go through the stress, confusion, and sudden cancellation and trying to make new arrangements on the last minute. So ,he can cancel whenever he wants, but when I asked him to refund me for finding a better place to stay, he was not willing to refund me. According to the policy, he doesn't have to pay me back, but he can cancel a client's booking within 24 hours. Is that according to the policy? Luckily we found another place FOR THE SAME PRICE much better quality and value for money.

+ Beautiful view. Beautiful villa. Many appliances in place. Comfortable living room sofa. Great outdoor balcony.
− Few kitchenware need attention. A kettle found with moles inside. A pan without handle. Most kitchenware are with Teflon and all Teflon are scratched and gone. Bed need replacement as it is not entirely leveled (one side sunk)

+ The villa is spacious and clean with lots of facilities, the host was great luckily we got early check in since we reached a little early , near the beach and the weather was great when visited in November. There is restaurants and a shop nearby .
