− First of all, these policies were not clearly explained to me upon check-in. The next day, I was surprised to find out that there would be no room cleaning until the third day. I was also informed that towels, garbage bags, and other basic supplies are only provided on the first day of check-in and are not replaced daily. Regarding the parking, only one parking space is provided, and it is self-parking. There is also no assistance with luggage, so guests have to carry their own luggage to the room. The Wi-Fi was very weak throughout the apartment and only worked properly in the living room. At the very least, all of these details should have been clearly communicated to guests before or upon check-in, so they know exactly what to expect.
