Good stay in almaty
+ Right on arbat street, centrally located apartment in an old building. But, the interior is as described. Communication was good.
− There were sheets drying in the balcony(not ours) making it unusable.

Beautiful house and clean
+ The house is beautiful and very clean. It is newly renovated ans very stylish. The size is good for 4 people. Location is right on arbat street. Very convenient.
− It is a bit hard to find the apartment if you dont have a local to help you out. There is an elevator but you need to go up 5 steps before you reach the elevator. First time opening the digital lock is a bit difficult.

Excellent
+ Great, helpful hosts. Excellent location - the windows look out onto Arbat Almaty. Very clean and well-equipped apartment.
− May not be ideal for disabled or older guests. There are about 5 (fairly uneven) steps up to where the lift is located.
