+ Огромная благодарность Розанне и Инессе за прекрасную тёплую атмосферу, уют и гостеприимство. Встретили ночью, очень помогли, всегда были на связи. Место очень приятное, потрясающая хозяйка, невероятное человеческое и понимающее отношение - не оставят в беде. До метро 10 минут, хорошее расположение - рядом есть обменник, магазины, кафешки. Тихое местоположение, в комнатах чисто, приятные соседи. Хорошая безопасность, есть камеры. Мы очень вам благодарны, и желаем вам всего самого доброго. Если очутимся в Ереване - обязательно сразу к вам.

Хорошее место,комфортно и доступно.

+ Хорошее расположение,автобусные остановки не далеко и до метро минут 8 идти.Расположен в глубине,не рядом с шумной дорогой,ночью тихо,шторы блэкаут,солнце утром не мешает..Фото номера соответствует.Чисто,свежо.Есть чайник,чашки с блюдцем,столовыеприборы,микроволновка,холодильник,смарт tv,wf.Горячая вода без перебоя.Балл сняла из-за позднего заселения,летела ночью,не спала и было тяжело ходить по городу с больной головой.Не далеко магазин sas,где можно разменять любую валюту по неплохому курсу без паспорта.В аэропорту есть банкомат втб,можно снять небольшую сумму с карты,чтобы купить симку(2500 драм)с безлимитным интернетом на 2 недели и звонками на мтс и теле2 и вызвать через приложение яндекс такси(оплата по нашей карте пройдет).Хозяин Сурен всегда на связи,очень приветливый.Рекомендую,цена-качество хорошее.

+ Cô chủ rất tốt. Sáng hôm 2/8 bạn mình có chuyến bay, mình có nhờ con gái cô chủ đặt xe taxi do bạn mình bay chuyến sáng sớm. Bạn con gái đã thức cả đêm chỉ để chờ đặt xe cho bạn mình. Quá đáng yêu 🥰🥰

Great hosts, bad facilities

+ The mother and daughter who run this hostel are SO nice! They are truly so kind and hospitable and I wish them the best. I also really liked that there were no bunk beds in my room, it was a treat. There was good hot water.

− I feel really bad saying this since the owners are really so kind and lovely, but this place needs some serious work. I feel that other travelers have to know that the material condition of this place is not very good, and my intention is not to punish the host with a bad rating, but to be honest with my fellow travelers. While the floor, bed and linens were clean, and the bathrooms were clean, the hostel overall is extremely dated and in poor physical condition. The hostel seemingly hasn’t been renovated in 20+ years, and things are very early 2000s, with the walls and ceilings painted in bright neon colors with paint that is peeling and crumbling in some areas, and clean but faded vinyl flooring. The common room furniture also seems about 20 years old, with lime green kitchen cabinets, textured burgundy slipcovers on the couches and matching curtains on the windows, leaving things feeling kind of dark and dingy, and making things feel dirtier than they actually are. The bathroom was clean, but the grout was dirty and the bottom part of the wooden door of the bathroom was rotting away from water damage, and again, the bathroom felt dingy and dirtier than it was because of how old it is. It’s too old to be new, but too new to be tastefully vintage, instead feeling stuck in the 90s or 2000s. It seems that many people there are longer term residents living there full time, and I was one of the few actual travelers. Things felt cluttered in the room and kitchen because of the long term guests, and there was a bunch of random junk on a table area in the hallway. The price is very reasonable, but not necessarily a bargain; you get what you pay for, which is nothing that impressive. It’s fine for the price, and I’d stay there again in a pinch, but I wouldn’t be particularly excited to go back and I wouldn’t stay here for more than a night. The location is also rather lackluster, being about a 15 minute walk to one of the outer stations of the metro.

− es importante tomar en cuenta que es una casa antigua y tiene bastantes detalles sin embargo la estancia fue cómoda la habitación tenía aire acondicionado las camas fueron confortables los baños muy prácticos y el personal estaba al pendiente de nosotros constantemente.
