Smelly rooms, careless management, zero accountability from management

+ Kinda modern interior

− Please, avoid this hotel by any means if you don't want to ruin your stay in Yerevan! I booked ap. #141 for 2 nights. When I checked in all the electric device were plugged off except AC running on maximum. I found it suspicious. Then I noticed a weird odor in the bedroom, slight but persistent. Later during the night I realised it was a distinct smell of vomit which was partially disguised by detergents. It was quite disturbing and unpleasant experience to sleep on a bed like this which affected my sleep quality (no receptionist at the hotel to complaint). I am not mentioning the constant cracking sounds from the AC and terrible stale odor in the bathroom. Next morning I texted hotel support, explained the issue and asked to change the room. They told me that they need to confirm the issue first. 9 hours later after second reminder they replied that maid (the one who were supposed to notice and report the problem upfront) didn't find any smell therefore I can come back to my room. I said I am not going to sleep in this bed anymore and asked for refund or another room. The manager kept on gaslighting me and feeding bs replies about how they care about customers and their comfort blablabla in the style of well-known vacation rental service. And did nothing. I had to book another hotel for that night. I wish Keygo to fail and get broke soon. Hotel market will be a better place without them

Never again. Way too expensive for what you get.

− Scale fuori misura ergonomica, no personale, no WI FI, due fornelli elettrici uno guasto, temperatura ambiente tiebita, bagno senza riscaldamento, solo TV satellitale no canali armeni, mancanza di un tavolo, luce cucina rotta, letto con lenzuola piccoli, assenza di personale adetto, non rispondono alle chiamate e ai messaggi, completamente abbandonati. Non consiglio ai miei amici questa struttura.

It was a nice stay.

+ It was a really spacious and nice room. They’ve automated the check-in and check-out process, so if we had any inquiries, there was no one to reach out to, that was the only thing we missed. The location is also a bit far from the main areas. Overall, it was a nicely furnished studio, and everything we needed was already there. If you’re staying longer, the service afterward might be a bit limited, especially for basics like coffee powder or tissues.

+ Уютный номер, удобная большая кровать, полотенца, душевые принадлежности. Быстро и легко разобрались с доступом.

− За 7 ночей в номере ни разу не убирались. Очень высокая слышимость. В других номерах люди шумели, кричали ночью. Очень маленькая кухонная зона.

+ Удобное заселение. Близко к центру. В целом, вполне не плохой аппартамент. Правда третий этаж и ступеньки не очень удобные, свет не всегда горел.

+ Хорошее расположение, уютные аппартаменты, правда, требуются некоторые косметические доработки, но это не так важно, удобное расположение, прогуляться до центра - милое дело. Бесконтактное заселение и возможность оплаты рос. картой
